Restarting My Town

So, I was deciding since I pretty much restarted my 3DS over some family conflict and the fact that I feel like I cheated quite a bit on New Leaf, I want to restart the game.
I want someone to hold my 14,196 Bells and a few items in my inventory and the items in my home. It's not that much; I'll be happy for the nice person to do the deed~
