I haven't got the tier to sell my town yet, but i came so far with my debt, i love all my villagers
the thing is, i dont want to reset, and i dont want to buy another cartridge. So does anyone have any ideas of what i should do, half of me wants to reset, while the other half doesn't.

I wouldn't. From what you've said so far it doesn't really sound like you want to. Unless there are some other reasons for not wanting your current town I'd keep it.

.Villagers moved in RIGHT infront of the town hall
. Town layout
. My mayor's name

I wouldn't worry so much about villagers moving where they shouldn't. They can be removed by having your villagers move out. However, for the other two reasons, I have reset my town in the past before. If it only bothers you a little, like in one spot, then I'd keep it because you can always get nicknames for your mayor. However, if it really irks you every time you look at your map or your mayor's name then I definitely would. I have and I'm so glad I did.

It does bother me alot, but i've made millions of bells, and all that..

Guess it would depend on how much those things bothered you. Like do they stop you from enjoying your town?

I reset recently because I didn't like my town layout or my mayors name or my town name. I'm very happy with both now, so glad I reset.

You can try cutting down all your trees, removing all PWPs, and starting fresh. I've found that planning out the town with patterns since the update has helped me immensely with landscaping. You could invest in amiibo cards to get villagers you actually want and move those unwanted ones out of undesirable spots.

I actually reset my original town I made in 2013 and I have no regrets. I sold everything so I was able to keep my PWP list and I enjoy having a fresh set of villagers, even though I miss a couple few from my old town (like my bff dizzy) but you can always get them back with the help of members here.
