Artwork [Request] Shine Sprite Flag!

Hello! I reset my game 2 weeks ago and it's almost perfect (basic wise)

I have the town name of Delfino

A town tune that is a short snip of the Isle Delfino theme

Now all I need is the flag!

I was hoping to get a shine sprite flag. There isn't any QR codes floating around so I was hoping someone here could make it for me!

Here is what it looks like​

If it can be on a light blue or light green background that would be great! And if it can't white will be fine.

I can't make it for you, but I thought I'd let you know that this tool exists. It could work better with a pixelated image, but the one you posted seems quite good as well.

Has anyone helped you yet? This is the best I could get working - the top-right still looks a bit funny. :/
