No, they're 2 seperate items.

The game doesn't let you use those outside the island. The best thing to do is to either A). buy one for 40 medals on your island or on club tortimer or B) buy one from someone on TBT.

Only the first 8 can be bought. The one with the white steering wheel can only be borrowed while on the island. It can't be taken home.

Why are you bumping? Multiple people already said you cannot own that wetsuit. If someone offers you a Green Wetsuit, it's the black one with green stripes down the side.
