I just got my Sanrio pack and I was thinking about moving one of them in my town. But I was wondering if we still could invite them at the campgroung or not, in case we needed an item ?

No, I do not think you can invite them back to your campground if they are living in your town. So you'll want to order any furniture or items you want from their RV first before inviting them to move in.
