I need all the info on rebuilding towns...! When you rebuild it does it like start over everything and stuff? Like if you have nookingtons would it go back to nook's cranny?

When you rebuild, it's just like before you started the town that you rebuilt. Like you just started the game. Everything you did is gone forever.

No. You can get a good friend to hold all your items and money for you. Fortunately, I have one, but I don't wanna restart my town. Ever.
