I'm needing 50 millions bells so I can get the ATM at the post office i can trade items. I'm not sure how to trade tbt or even think I have enough thanks guys!!!

20mil IGB is 100TBT and you have 250TBT so you have just enough if you wanted to do IGB for TBT, there should be a sticky in the TBT marketplace on how to transfer TBT, or you could click the hyperlinked number of bells under someones name and transfer them that way
