Is "clerk's shirt" the 7-11 shirt DLC? If so, that isn't orderable, unless there is another version I am unaware of.

This is a rare item? o__o I got one from a friend well over a month ago when she was giving me 7-11 items. I thought it was a common shirt that she gave me by accident.
