3mil for the Princess Set is perfect. I realized that I can also order the two regal pieces you want as well as the large alpine table. Those three pieces along with the Rococo pieces you need, retail for 37,020. How about an even 45k for all of that?

If that's good, I'll order the regal sofa & armoire and the large alpine table, then TT a day and get everything ready for you to visit. Let me know.
