Selling Random items for sale! Trying to raise 1 million bells!

Hey guys! I'm new to this forum site and I'm posting this as a bit of a rush job because I have a time limit. I'm trying to buy my gf a crown (without her knowledge) that showed up on sale in my town. I have only a couple tens of thousands of bells so I'm trying to sell what I can to make it to the million mark in a day. Even if u aren't looking to buy anything any suggestions as to what I can sell and how much I can sell it for are appriaciated. I'm a complete newb at this so please any help would be much appriaciated!
