Problem. Gold Roses and people with Beautiful Ordinance. Some people might not be able to visit other towns to get them, so yeah, there is a problem there.

There should be a checkmark beside the item when you donate it to the museum.
Early in the game I forgot to donate the items so it was a pain checking the board.
Adding the artwork to the list would be helpful too.
Also adding the number your on for each badge and how many medals you have.
I'd love to know how close I'm getting to catching 5,000 fish.

It's an awesome idea. It would add extra depth to being an avid gardener, especially if yeah, you could take notes on hybrid combinations in-game!Just a random thought but, wouldn't it be cool if Animal Crossing had a flower encyclopedia? It would be like the fish one or bug one, just flower related.
Again, just a random thought.

I love the idea! And I think it could maybe be extended into the museum too?
The idea would be that some sort of "famous eccentric artist" becomes a fan of your town?s museum after you have donated a certain ammount of pieces of art, and the character asks if they can open a display in your museum where he will make "art based on the local flowers" and make really cool flower arangements in beautiful vases?
You would be asked for specific bunches of flowers, from simple easy stuff like "3 red tulips, 2 white tulips, 4 red roses" to like high level "6 purple pansies, 4 pink cosmos, 1 jacobs ladder" (This would be the one kind of donation that only appears in your museum until the next day, so the "artist has time to work his magic".
Once youve donated them all, the artist would be so happy with "Your Town?s villager?s dedication to gardening and art" that they would "Make arrangements" so special fertilizer is stocked at Leif?s shop that always ensures 2 flowers will grow (considering there is space, high chances of rare colors) in adition to the normal flowers that would pop from breeding each day.

I am dying on the inside from wanting these additions to the game.
I love both flower and villager encyclopedia cause this will motivate me even more to go around meeting all sort of villager I didn't know =D and the flower thingy should be easy xD just get it from others and we can like catalog it into encyclopedia already hehe~
