Buying Ranch Dresser for 50K

I hope someone's kind enough to help out - I know most people wouldn't bother opening their gates for something so cheap and common, but I really need some ranch dressers and I don't have it cataloged.

As mentioned in the title, I'll give you 50k for it to make it a little more worth your while.

Let me know if you prefer to drop off or open gates, I'm okay with either.
