Rules
1) After I have finished your order, you have 24 hours to reply to my PM and set up a time. After, I will confirm if I can do this time.
2) I will deliver to your town. Once you have picked up the items, please send your TBT. Once I have received your TBT, I will leave. Woo. Finally.
3) If you successfully save and then not pay me, I will give you a negative Wi-Fi rating. Don't try me. I'm an angry person. AAAAA!
4) Don't feel embarrassed about the state of your town. I don't mind at all, and mine is probably worse, ha.
Refurbishment Services
I will refurbish a set, or up to 10 items of your choice. This can take up to one or two days. If you require ores, you must provide them. (Sorry!)
Landscaping
I will come to your town and arrange your flowers, bushes and trees/anything you want on your floor. I can grab hold of any normal flowers, shells and beehives, and occasionally rarer things such as easier-to-breed-hybrids and clovers. You'll have to provide the hybrids though. I can organise a small area at a time. (About 30x30 at the most)
