I found Apollo on a NMT but I have like 113 left to use but I might regret not taking him, he's really cool!

If you like Apollo, I'd just take him! You can use the tickets at a later time if you plan to island-hop more, or trade 'em for stuff. They're always good to have around, so I'd personally take him and save the tickets.
