Quickest way to reset town?

I am resetting my TTing town, and I was wondering what is the quickest way to do it? Or do I have to keep deleting the town at the menus and then typing my character name/town name with the kitty?
I've never done this before! I am not too too picky but still want an ideal map.

Wait you mean to reset for a good map? What I did was just get to the map part and if you don't like any of them just quickly go to the home page, close and talk to the cat again for maps. It took me like 10 tries to finally get a map I liked, for some it takes much more so it's all personal preference

When Isabelle greets you when you boot up your game, instead of selecting "Yes, Let's.", choose "I need help first...".
Then, select "Re-create the town."

Also, if you're not happy with the layout of your town, it does give you the option to browse through different generated layouts.
