... Is it possible to get an amiibo exclusive villager from someone else? Meaning can you invite, say Felyne, from someone else's town to yours? Or is the only way to get him from your amiibo? I'd love some help, thanks in advance!

Those amiibo ones specifically (like Felyne, Cece, etc.) won't move from another persons town into your own from what I remember. You have to scan them in yourself.
