Im not sure if i should post this here but ive been looking for the sky blue cute set in my nooks cranny and restarting to try and get it. Can someone who has it in their nooks cranny let me know what color your airport is and what flowers and fruit you have? Is there even a correlation? Thanks!

I mean, I've seen it in my Nook's Cranny before, and my fruits are peaches and my flowers are pansies and... I'm not sure what color my airport is (...blue, I think?) but I can check.
But, it's also possible to find people on here who will trade/give you the items, no matter what kind of town you're in. I have several in my catalog, and I'd be happy to order what I have and give it to you.

I've had some blue cute stuff in my store before and it my airport is yellow. I'm not sure if there is a correlation between airport color and set color in the store though. We did find out it does for the Nook Miles item tho.
If you're looking for the set, you can try to catalog it through different players. If you go to the trading boards, some people let others catalog sets for a price.

Yah, should've been more clear- I don't know if it has anything to do with it, either. I'm pretty sure I've seen multiple colors of the set in my store before.

My airport is green. I've been getting cute stuff in blue, yellow, and red. I think you are better off trying to trade or catalog with someone here.

I can't remember what colour cute stuff appears in my shop because it's been a while. But I have got all of the sky blue cute stuff if you would like to catalogue it at any point. I'm UK time though so won't be able to do it tonight as I'm off to bed shortly.

I think it's random. I have a yellow airport and I'm pretty sure I've seen different cute items in different colors in Nooks.

I thought it was datamined that you can only see one variation of each item at Nook’s Cranny? I’ve done a lot of TTing and this holds true for me. For example, I’ve only ever seen the cute items in pink/white being sold on my island.

I might have read this wrong, but dont restart your island just because of this. I dont think there is any tie between the colors of the items sold at nook and anything else. Seems like it could be random. You can get them from others if you have online membership, or through shaking trees and from ballons, if i am not wrong.
I was reading it as they were restarting at the very beginning of the game- like what you might do if you want a different layout, airport color, fruit, etc.
I mean, I definitely wouldn't reset because of something like this, but if it means that much to someone... I mean, you do you.
BUT I also want to make clear plenty of people here (me included!) would happily help you get someone get the items they wanted that badly!

Yes, that’s correct! I’ve gotten different color variations of assorted items from trees and balloons. It just seems that each item is locked to a certain color when it appears in your shop.
I think most people would agree when I say it’s annoying you have to trade if you want all of the different colors for each item.

Oh yes that makes sense. I also had a long list of things i wanted when i restarted, so i guess if op wants the set in their nook cranny to be sold in blue, go for it! Are all items sold in only one color? I feel like i have seen some items sold in more than one color. I should have kept track. Maybe it is only sets that are locked to one color but other items are not.

My airport is green, fruit is peaches, and flower is windflower and I have seen the white and red cute furniture for sale in my shop. If you are looking to get all of one set, I'd recommend buying from someone in the Nook's Cranny section of the forum!
