Say you connect to Wi-Fi,do people move in and out of your town to towns not even on ur friend roster,and from towns not even on ur friend roster?

I'm not sure, but I'd guess it's only people you visit (or they visit you).

Not only villagers from people in your roster but villagers from other peoples towns in your friends-friends roster. (one time I got Gabi from Antioch and I checked in my roster and no one in my roster has a town name of Antioch)

Yah, not all of them move from actuall towns that people have. I've only seen animals move from towns that I've heard of.

Yes so do I. I think that what happens is that the people on your roster maybe have villigers comming from other towns on their roster. No clue though. Just a thought.
