So I think island transfers are a thing now. Anyways, do you need NSOnline to do it? Since my free trial ended earlier this year and I haven't played much, I didn't bother renewing it.
Anyways, so part of the christmas gift to my little sisters is a copy of animal crossing and my old switch, since I decided to get a switch lite (I only play in handheld honestly, so it felt like a p good tradeoff). If I have the digital copy, can I still transfer my island from my old switch to a new one? And what about the digital copy? Is it possible to circumvent having to buy a new copy of ACNH if they play on the same account? Or should I just buy a new copy (either physical or digital)?
