yesterday, i had flick originally for my npc. i decided to delve into the stalk market (again) and time traveled back to sunday for more turnips, and then went back to monday. i then got redd at my secret beach. does time traveling to sunday and then to a different weekday give you a different roll of npcs?

I think you were going to get Redd within this week. So basically your weekly NPCs for this week is Flick, Redd, Label, etc etc.

But when you TT it randomized them in the week. So if you TTed again Redd might appear on Wednesday, and Flick is now Thursday.

Does that make sense? I running on an empty morning brain.
