Question regarding amiibos

I invited Octavian to my town via amiibo but for some reason he still has the previous villagers exterior but everything else works fine.

My question is that if I evict him would I be able to get him back using the amiibo again? ( I am hoping this will fox his house)

Basically any villagers that have joined via amiibo and then left, can they be brought back using the same amiibo?

Or should I just suck it up and take him as is? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

Yes, you can cycle Amiibo villagers through over and over

You can evict him and get him back again 'w')b From what I read, the 'previous exterior' issue happens if you time travel backwards when they're moving in (unless something's changed).

I didn't time travel backwards at all though.
