question on time traveling

I moved forward one day to ask a villager to move in.

I now want to get back to regular time. Do i have to go forward another day to get the plot on the ground and then move back two days to get back to the original time

No, you shouldn't need to. You should just be able to go back to the original time and it'll still show up.

Nope, going back a day still counts as one day so the plot should be there (but I found sometimes it can take up to 5 days to see the plot, regardless of tting or not)

thanks guys for the advice! I'm officially back to normal time and hope to never time travel again. It was soo scary. lol
