Question for TTers

Can you get throwing beans and sushi rolls from Nooks Feb 1-3rd in the EU and NA versions? I plan on hosting people in my Japanese town for Setsubun and would like everyone to get one of each (and have a cycling town where I can gather them) but don't want to spend the time if they are available in the other versions.
