Question for those with 2 ACNL copies

I have two copies. I intended my second to be a time traveling town so I could do weeding day and all the holidays and stuff. I figured I wouldn't really interact with the villagers, it'd exist just so I could get stuff. But I started with Sprinkle, and grew to love all my villagers haha. So I started playing both pretty regularly. It's nice to start over too and have to work for things again. I'm kind of lagging it on both of them now though :/

Having two copies of the game is great you have two opportunities for imagination and new ideas!! To be honest it is crazy to see how much of a difference both worlds can be I hope you enjoy them!

I’ve never owned two copies of any Animal Crossing game. I try to stick to one town and one cartridge. However, I can definitely see the advantages to having two towns.

I have 3 copies in the house. Many more towns though. I cycle saves every now and then.

i definitely like having two copies! it's nice to be able to have more than one/a different town without having to reset another, and being able to have two different themes and different villagers. the problem is i'm terrible at multitasking, so i have been neglecting Nemui and mainly focusing on Kaysoa lately.

i bought another one because i enjoy acnl so much, and decided to get the second one for my birthday. personally i time travel on both towns, but using one to TT and one to play in real time is a cool idea!

It didn't take me terribly long to create a perfect town. I even had paths set, etc. Because I had gotten bored with my first town I then bought a second cartridge. I was on here, traded for what I could fit of my dream villagers into the new town and now I'm working on trying to unlock everything all over again. It's fun to have the new layout, new villagers, for sure, but now my first game cartridge is neglected more than the second. But... my point was to start over without having to lose everything I'd done, so here I am!

I think it's worth it if you want to be able to log back in to your old town and not lose items, etc, that you've collected, or the progress you've accomplished on the first one. I'm lazy and haven't transferred my items over yet, but I'll be doing that soon. C:

I love having 2! Originally my second town was a cycling town, but I deleted it and started all over again. It has a layout I love and cute villagers! I time travel on both my towns, and because it's summer break I play for several hours a day on them. Wouldn't change a thing.

i wanted to have 2 towns, work on the second one and still play the first sometimes. but i couldn't find the time to do that and i don't play either towns now XD

I currently have two copies (until I sell the other one). I was going to make a cute side town to derp around on in my spare time. I found out that I don't like dividing my attention between two New Leaf towns. I'd rather pour my time and attention into Clover.

I have two copies, but as Mayor Kara mentioned, I find that I don't use my second copy too much :/ Especially since I haven't accomplished all I wanted to in my first town :3 It is a nice way to "start over" without actually selling your town or anything though
