I am seeking one of my dream villagers and to make room when I find him I may need to let Lolly go I am really on the fence about letting her go but I will need the spot eventually, no one seems to be seeking her right now.
Since cyclers can usually gauge which villagers are popular or if there is a demand or what the typical fair rate for a non cycler is I was just curious what you would consider fair for almost original Lolly, she changed her shirt, and a house item may be moved or changed but she is pretty close just in a strawberry tee. I do have the option to wait to out her until I find someone on the LF board seeking her or have found Kabuki and really need to move her. It seems like 1-5m are the offers I am getting which would be t4-5 or bottom of 3? I am just wondering if you think 5 and below is a fair current offer on Lolly and she has fallen from t1 status. I want her to not be resold and she is special to me and I'm not a cycler or a rich player so she and one other are my last leavers for dream space. But if I do let her go I'm just trying to gauge what is fair offer for her right now.
I will miss her either way but do still have the option to keep her for now or until I find my dream. I am only looking for opinions on pricing for her from people who are familiar with what the norm would be for her right now. Not commentary about my decision I just am curious what would be considered fair for her. I am trying to avoid a buy and resell and just feel she may be worth more than that but there is no good guide. So please just professional opinion from regular cyclers about Lollys status to help me decide if I should hold I to her a bit longer as I haven't found the villager am seeking yet and I can still wait on her. Of course I don't want anyone to be angry if I said I felt an offer was too low. So I just wanted some cycler feedback on Lolly IGB and TBT com,on rates.
