I've heard of people who have like 4-5 copies of it, I don't know why they do.

If you do, could you explain why?:confused::blush:

4-5 is ridiculous, I have 2. I didn't do it on purpose haha, my boyfriend pre-ordered me the physical copy and I couldn't wait so I bought the digital copy the day of release. I have 2 3ds' (also not on purpose) so I can play both at once and it's actually really handy. For example if one of your towns has a really good turnip price, you can go nuts buying/selling, thats how I made 100 million. I can't think of any use for 4-5 copies though.. Also some people might just want another town to design :)

I got myself a second copy because I want another town to design, plus my main town can't hold all my favorite villagers. I just really enjoy this game. I may in the future start cycling the villagers I don't want to keep because I don't have 20 favs villagers so well see.I think maybe the limits in 1 town pushed me to get that second copy. Can't wait to start my new town on Christmas :) hehe

I would like a 2nd copy. If I have 15 extra tickets after buying the prima guide I would enter a raffle to get another copy.

Why I would want to have multiple copies? Well, I'm not sure really. My town is pretty much complete at the moment so maybe I just want a new experience without resetting.

I have 2 copies, my partner stopped playing so I took her town over. c;
I don't really play on it much though, having one town is enough to be honest..

I've never heard of people having more than 2 copies. That's a little much o-o

But anyways, most people buy a second copy to use for cycling villagers.

Whoa, 4-5 copies? that imo, is a bit too much. I don't really understand the reason to own all of them except if the person was a "Obsessed AC lover" and even that is a bit to much x3 Personally, I myself do not have another copy as of yet, but my reason would be as most of the others, pretty much a cycle town. I feel the reason many people have an extra copy is for a cycling town to help others or themselves get villagers they want, or if they have more villagers they like and could not fit them all on the first. They also have a double chance of having better turnip prices as well as having being able to sell their perfect fruit for higher prices. There can be a lot of positives that a second copy can serve, especially if it's a "back-up" town, just in case anything happens to the first copy. Those are just my opinions on the matter though.

I have 2, 1 as my main town and the second was a present, I wanted to use that as a cycling town first but now I just might use it as second town in the future

At the moment, I only have one. But I really want another one for resetting and cycling and just to design another town and reset as much as I want :3 But more than 2 is ridiculous imo.

I have 5 copies.
3 digital, 2 physical.
Why?

Because I wanted them. My fianc? plays one town, one is a cycle town, and three others are my main work towns.

I do have two copies of the game.

I use one for time travel, just messing around

and the other one, which is a digital copy, I use to my actual town that I use for everything else.
