The way I take this, it is not to be discussed. However, "Selling" is frowned upon.
That tells me that giving stuff for free is no problem. Though we're not supposed to talk about it.

Stick to PM's if you want to play the game that way. The people on this forum take enjoyment in an online trading community with a stable economy. I've half a mind to just create a thread with every item, how to get it, and expect-able prices for each, but people like to barter so I haven't bothered.

Quite honestly, a duper can just dupe his bells. Why would he ever dupe items to sell, it makes no sense. Dupers aren't even a factor in the economy unless they're dumb.

Probably to "help" people who want the item. Someone gave me his G.W. Can in a giveaway, which is quite suspicious (but appreciated!) in my opinion.
