Question about User Title Color?

I just bought the user title color change! I entered in the hexadecimal number (I thiiink that's what it's called) for baby blue, and clicked Confirm, but I don't see any change! Did I do something wrong?

Wow, I'm so sorry! I bought a username title colour change and I wanted to change it to 'sun', but it turned black XD.
