Question about Time Traveling.

I've only really done it once to get Francine (TT a month forward) and she finally has her house plot down (going to be unpacking tomorrow) but I'd like to go back to the regular time but still have Francine, what will be the effects if I TT back a month to go back to normal time?
Will I lose hybrids? Bells? Villagers?

Nothing. It will be like you TT'd one day.

TTing backwards only counts as one day.
So if you TT back one month, only a day has passed in the game.

So would it be like traveling right before Francine placed a plot for her house or will she be unpacking?
