Question about time traveling and villagers moving in

I ONLY time travel for mail so I can get catalog orders done quickly.
I just bought a villager yesterday and since Claudia moved out at the same time, the villager is moving in tomorrow instead. Because of this I'm worried that if I time travel it will affect the villager.

As long as I time travel within the same day (today) will it affect whether the villager moves in tomorrow or not?
 
It won't affect anything since you are in the same day. It only affects when you go past the 6 am mark of the next day.
