I have a question, will I be able to buy the HHD faceplate sepratly? I decided that not getting the HHD XL is the best choice but I want the cover plate, I heard somewhere that it's only part of a bundle, is that true?

In Europe, it's definitely an exclusive to the bundle.

In Japan, they're sold separately for around 2,000 yen. I bought them for my NN3DS.

Just get them from an import company. I was gonna do that with the Kyary Pamyu Pamyu cover plates. Check places like Play-Asia, Solaris Japan, Nippon-Yasan etc. ( ＾∇＾)

Aww, it sucks to hear they're only available from the bundle because I was hoping to get a New 3DS when there's a deal on it (which may mean I'll wait until December or later) and get the coverplates separately. :c
Slammint, did you get one in the end? I would think ebay will have them marked up for a lot and Japanese import services would charge the same price as the coverplates or more just for delivery. :c

Aww to bad, the plate looked really cute. I wish it wasn't a bundle in Europe but i guess for those who want it will just have to search online for someone selling it separately. I dont have the new 3ds either but the plates all look really cute even to just collect.
