Question about Rock Spawns

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I’m terraforming and I want to finish a bigger portion of my island today. Can I break multiple rocks in the same day? Will they all spawn again tomorrow? Or do I have to break one rock per day to guarantee respawn?

you can break them all, but only one will spawn per day. so if you break 3 they'll take 3 days to all come back
