Question about re-orderables!

Are the 7-11 items re-orderable? I know some of the DLC are re-orderable so I just wanted to see if they were as well.

Also is the art re-orderable?

I wouldn't have to ask if I had my game on hand right now, but I'm at work and wondering if I need to ask for multiples...
