Question about moving villagers?

I had a town member moving in the next few days. My boyfriend got on his character in my town and the moving animal pinged to let him know that she was moving, but he told her he'd miss her, so now I think she's going to stay..

I don't want her to stay, haha.. If he saves and I get on my account, will she ask me again if it's okay for her to move? Or should he just close without saving?

If he didnt do much on his character and won't lose much by not saving, do that.
I know in CF, my fianc?s little sister told pierce to stay after I told him to move and he stayed.
