Question about heavy rain on meteornook, does heavy rain always have thunder and lightning in it? Like throughout the whole time it rains, I’m having trouble with the difference between rain/snow and heavy rain/snow

If you're not sure I wouldn't recommend guessing - just put in the "Not sure - rain" option if available. Thunderstorms are a special weather pattern iirc but I don't remember if that's an input option for meteonook, so i just wouldn't risk it.
