Question about letters!

I'm pretty new to the Belltreeforums, and though I perused the threads a bit I'm still unsure if this is the proper place to ask my question.

But I'm a rebel, so.

I was trying to send some letters to my villagers the other day when I noticed one villager in particular was not showing up on the address list, despite her being in my town. I waited a day and tried again and she still isn't showing up. My initial thought was she might be moving, she hadn't yet, and as far as I know isn't planning to (though I could be wrong). I don't actually talk to this villager, because I DO want her to move, but I was just curious if this has happened to anyone else and if it does in fact mean she's moving?​

Are you absolutely certain she isn't on your list? Did you see the place where you can scroll to a second page? I've sometimes missed it when my town wasn't full and mistakenly thought I couldn't write to somebody.

I believe you have to introduce yourself to the villager first for them to turn up on the list.

I have scrolled through all of the pages, and I have introduced myself to her.
I introduced myself to everyone the very first day.

I'm thinking she might be moving out soon. I'm going to give it a few days, and if nothing happens I suppose I'll talk to her again.
