Question about growing perfect fruits

Today in my town one of the items Reese is paying extra bells for at Retail is perfect apples. I have a perfect apple tree but it's the only perfect fruit tree I have in my town. If I shake the apples down and sell 2 of them to Reese but bury the remaining one, will the apples it bears when it grows be perfect? And what about the apples from the original tree?

If you bury a perfect fruit (that is native in your town), then it will sprout perfect fruit. The original tree will continue to grow perfect fruit until it dies from being shook too often.

If you plant a perfect apple it will grow into another perfect apple tree. The fruit on your first perfect apple tree will grow back and continue to do so a few times before the tree finally dies, leaving two perfect apples and one rotten apple.
