This might be a really stupid question 8D I just had someone in town to adopt a villager. What am I supposed to do now? Should I just wait until tomorrow when the villager moves or should I time travel so that he moves right now? o:
?? You don't need to do anything.
That villager could still be in your town in boxes one day, but if the person who took them time travels to the next day the plot will be there.
So it would be ok to time travel for me also then? I just want to make sure that I do everything right so that the person who adopted my villager gets him, that's all.
Just as an added point of interest ... once the person who adopts a villager leaves your town, if you go to the villager's house and try entering, you will get a message that the villager has moved out. So that save of the game when your visitor leaves, deals with your villager moving. Whether you wait until the next day to come naturally or you TT makes no difference - as stated by others above.
Yes, TT-ing or actually waiting the day makes no difference. The villager is technically not in your town anymore, as they are moved out. But you need to wait for their house/plot to disappear first.
if the villager agreed to move to the other person's town, then it makes no difference what you do because that villager will appear in their town regardless
