Um, I was just wondering: what's the highest citizen satisfaction comment you can get, or does anyone know what order they go in? I can't quote the full comments, but up until a few minutes ago --I guess, or sometime today-- mine started with, "Great galloping grasshoppers!" and now it starts with, "Goodness gracious! Even from an academic standpoint..." something, something, something. So did my satisfaction go up or down?
