North America Question about Amiibo Cards

I have a Stitches Amiibo card from the Amiibo Festival pack and I was wondering if I use the card and my friend also would want to use the card could they? Like is the card multiple use? Or is it like a one time thing and then the cards useless?

you can use it multiple times on any ac game but they have to visit your campsite 3 times before moving in
