Purple hyacinth finally

I finally got one of those to sprout. Should I keep plucking the same one to make the lamp, or use that to clone more of itself to get more? I'm still watering the blues that gave me this purple.

I’d say pluck since you have a patch of blue that can make more purple.

If you're not in a hurry to get the lamp, I'd say clone it. Then when you have more of them than you know what to do with, you can pluck them and make lots of lamps.

I'd suggest you move the purple hyacinth to a separate place with no flowers nearby and water it so that it'll make more purple ones. and you can keep flowering the blue ones too so that they make another purple one!

It took me forever to get a purple one too. Plenty of blue,orange and pink but purple was the most difficult. and even then it took a long time to get a 2nd one. I have about 6 now though in fairness I haven't been watering them much. I would say water it and get some more first.
