I will only hold villagers for a short amount of time because I cycle fast
That being said, reserving is first come first serve
If two people want the same villager, highest offer wins
Villagers in the campsite will go for the same price as their tier and are first come first serve
Lurking is allowed, but is on first come first serve or highest bid basis
Because this is my cycle town as well, I reserve the right to take villagers I want
If you are lurking for a villager or have one on reserve and are not online when the time comes, i will either void the villager or give them to another person
