Trading Pumpkin Masks

I've been at it for 2 hours now and not a single pumpkin mask, is there a trick to getting them?

Got an extra set, thanks to finding out how to get them.

You can, just don't give Jack any candy while your not wearing anything on your head.

I ended Halloween with two full sets of masks.

I had to get it at a friend's town because Halloween ended right when I figured it out.
