Ps3 slim = smaller lighter and uses less energy. Able to use the remote of some Bravia TVs to control it.
Ps3 fat = ability to install forign OS' on it.

Well apparently, there will be down loadable PS2, PSX, and even Dreamcast games for the slim, probably the normal ones too. If this is true, then the slim will be superior other than what some think of its look.

plus the normal PS3 has only 80GB for $299.99, while the Slim has 120GB
