Problem With Member Validation Email

OK, this was around April 25 of this year. I was spendin' the night at a Friend's house and I showed him TBT. He became a member (AnimalCrossingDude45 is his member name), but he never got his Validation Email yet. Anyone got a solution or fix for my friend? (Though this was long ago, I thought I should bring this up.)

Try and click "resend validation email"

We did. It still never sent it. This was 2 months ago. I'll call him up and see if he ever did get.

Otherwise, have him make a new account.
