Problem with Fantasy Life save file 3:

So today I decided to do a system transfer to move things from my old 3DS into my 3DSxl. Fabulous, I did it while speaking to a person from Nintendo Customer service, she helped me do everything and every moment I would ask "Will this keep my game safe? I wont lose it?" She said I shouldn't since we would not temper with the SD card, from all I have read the game does indeed save only into the SD card, fine. After all is done I copy my contents from the old SD card to the new one where Fantasy Life is in. All is well, until I check the game, my save file is no longer there, even if we never messed with the SD card, thing is just like FL, Pokemon X/Y, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon:Gates to Infinity, and Animal Crossing New Leaf, to name a few, they save the same way.

My Pokemon and NL games didn't lose their save file, so what in the hell happened to my Fantasy Life file!?!?! I never created backups which I deeeeply regret now, I also regret not saving a backup of this game onto my AR. 120hours lost since from what I've read so far its impossible to recover it.

Has this happened to any of you or do you know a remedy to this issue? I made a thread since posting in the FL General thread would possibly not get many responses.

Forgot to add, my extra data is indeed still in my 3DS XL system where I played FL for the first time, everyone of my friends have it, but can't find the reason as to why my save file just vanished

I don't think there is a way to fix it besides 120 hours isn't that bad

some people lost years of their nl data but usually it was for their ignorance this time it is not you're fault

It may not be alot of time but it still was days of loss of sleep and purely destroying my enjoyment of the game :/, of course If I start over I will certainly do a DAILY backup of the game with my AR and pray nothing ever happens again, I did all of this just so I could transfer my eshoo account to buy the DLC v.v
