Prevent villager moving out

Hey all! I've got a question; if you TT into the future, create a new resident and find someone to be in boxes, can you turn off the DS, TT back and prevent the villager from moving, or is it already too late?

Assuming youve changed the time with your mayor its too late.

If its just two days ahead and theres a new resident but you didnt log into your mayor yet, you can reset with a new villager and either get someone else in boxes or no one at all

This is the guide to prevent any of your villagers on moving out. This works 100% if you follow the steps correctly. I have done it many times myself. If you don't like time traveling, then this may not work the greatest for you.

1. Remember the date you last played the game
2. Go off of the game for as long as you'd like
3. When you load your game, say to Isabelle "I need help" and then change the time to the day you last played the game
4. Everything will be exactly the way you left it!
