Either that or a creepy old bird, he wiggles his eyebrows when he gives you coffee. It just struck me as funny when I noticed. Like right after you drink your coffee he wiggles his eyebrows twice really quickly and it makes me laugh every time.

Normally pigeon milk comes from the crop of a bird, which is regurgitated to feed it's babies. Don't know whether Brewster "sources" the milk himself or it's mass produced and if that's the case I don't know which is more disturbing... ._.

I was thinking he just gives us random coffee, like you sit down and it's like "I WANT COFFEE" so he gives you some random brew xD

I think it's because to me, my mayor is a functional mute.

I really like how when you're working there and make someones coffee perfect they'll say like "This is better than Brwester's!" and he'll make a shocked face in the corner! Makes me laugh every time.
