Potentially stupid question (Turkey Day DIYs)

Hey everyone!

So, can we get the Turkey Day DIYS from balloons, or are they from the main turkey on the day? Just wanting to know whether I'm wasting my time balloon hunting :'D

I’m guessing they’re all gonna be rewards for the event. If it’s from balloons there’s a chance you might not get it all during the day of the event considering how random they are.
