So I had recently spread Pokerus through my current party to do some EV training. However, instead of the Pokerus status (when the pokemon are contagious) being replaced with a small pink icon that shows that the pokemon has had pokerus like in previous games, the pokerus status just eventually disappears and it looks like they haven't had it at all. Like they were cured. I tried infecting them again (which shouldn't normally happen), and they became newly infected. Anyone else having the same problem?

Yeah my Pokemon get 're-infected all the time. This was happening in X.

I always keep a few with active pokerus in my PC so they don't lose it, but the ones that I keep in my party lose it completely after a day, instead of having a symbol like this in their summary.
I haven't had the same problem with X. Maybe I'll transfer an infected poke over from my game in X and see what happens.

Hmm I'll test this out in my game this week. I bought pokerus over with me to ORAS, but they're in the PC at the mo. I'll try it out to find out if I get the pink faces or whether it goes away and they get re-infected, will let you know what happens
